The functions of mold accessories mainly include the following aspects:
Gate sleeve: directly connected to the nozzle of the beer machine to ensure that the glue can smoothly enter the mold core through the gate sleeve when the beer machine is injecting glue.
Positioning ring: plays a key positioning role when the mold is installed on the beer machine, simplifying the installation process.
Template: bears the weight of the entire mold together with the bottom plate to ensure its stability and durability.
Ejector protection switch: works when the ejector plate is not fully retracted, and prevents the front and rear molds from closing by disconnecting the line, thereby protecting the front mold from the impact of the ejector and reducing the risk of mold damage.
Ejector hole: after the product is formed, the ejector pushes the ejector plate forward through the ejector hole, and then ejects the product smoothly.
Sprue pull rod: responsible for pulling the sprue plate open when opening the mold, so that the sprue can be easily removed, simplifying the operation process.
Guide pin: It plays a guiding role in the process of closing the front and rear molds, ensuring that the molds are aligned in the correct position.
Inclined guide pin: When the spring of the slide does not work, the inclined guide pin will drive the slide to withdraw backwards to ensure the smooth opening process.
Shovel machine: When closing the mold, the slide is pushed forward by the inclined surface, and the slide is cooperated with the slide to complete the closing action.
Slide: It is installed on the rear mold and used with the inclined guide pin to ensure smooth mold opening.
Slide gasket: Increase the wear resistance of the slide and extend its service life.
Return pin: It plays a guiding role when the ejector is ejected and retreated, ensuring that the ejector plate can be accurately retreated.
Sleeve needle: It is mainly used for the column hole forming of the product, used in conjunction with the sleeve, not for demolding.
Support column (support head): Support the B plate to prevent pressure deformation during injection molding.
Garbage nail: Supports the ejector plate to prevent garbage accumulation from causing the ejector plate to be uneven or deformed.
Water delivery hole: A channel in the mold for effective cooling to ensure that the mold temperature is stable within an appropriate range.
Nipple: A key component that connects the mold water delivery hole and the beer machine cooling water pipe, usually made of copper.
Pulling rod: Helps the plastic to fall off smoothly in the diverter channel and promotes the fall of cold materials when the mold is opened.
Slider: A key component for realizing side core pulling, working in conjunction with the guide slide, and driving the side core pulling through the inclined guide column.
These accessories work together to ensure the stability and efficiency of the mold during the injection molding process.
