Classification of Mold Accessories
Mold Heating Coil
This is a Mold heating coil. Heating principle: When the resistor wire in the mold heating coil passes through the current, due to the existence of the resistor, the electrical energy is converted into heat energy, generating Joule heat, which makes the coil heat, thereby providing heat to the mold.
Whorl Mold
The threaded opening is a key part for matching with the bottle cap to achieve sealing. Through precisely designed and processed threaded openings, they can be closely matched with the bottle cap, ensuring that the bottle has good sealing during packaging, storage and transportation, and preventing liquid or gas leakage.
Mold Water Nozzle
Water nozzle is mainly used for efficient and fast connection of cooling water and oil of mold. It can be divided into traditional water nozzle and quick water nozzle according to the usage conditions. Traditional water nozzle generally has one side threaded and the other side inserted.
Type Cavity
Mold type cavity is the main part of the mold cavity of the bottle mold, usually a hollow cylindrical structure. Its size and shape directly determine the outer contour of the bottle, including the diameter, height, wall thickness and other key dimensions of the bottle body.
- The sealing part has a simple structure, compact installation part, and light weight.
- It has a self-sealing effect, and often only one seal is needed to complete the sealing effect.
- It has good sealing performance, and there is almost no leakage when used as a fixed seal. When used as a moving seal, there is only some leakage at a high speed.

Brass:

The brass water nozzle can withstand high pressure and temperature, and is not prone to rust and corrosion, ensuring the sealing and stability of the cooling system, and is suitable for most mold cooling environments.
Stainless steel:
It has higher corrosion resistance and strength, and can maintain good performance in harsh working environments. Stainless steel water nozzles are especially suitable for cooling systems containing corrosive media, or molds used under special working conditions such as high temperature and high pressure.
