Beverage Bottle Preform Mold

Typically, a set of beverage bottle preform mold is composed of a cavity, a core, a gate, a cooling system, a demoulding mechanism and a mold base. High-quality steel should also be selected as the material for the mold steel. For example, P20 steel has good processing performance, certain wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and is suitable for the production of beverage preform molds with a small production batch. S136 steel, on the other hand, has higher corrosion resistance and mirror polishing performance, and can produce preforms with higher surface quality requirements. It is often used for manufacturing preform molds for cosmetics, high-end beverages, and so on.

According to the specifications and requirements of different beverage bottles, the size of the bottle is accurately designed, including the diameter of the bottle mouth, the height of the bottle body, the wall thickness, etc., to ensure that the subsequent blow molding process can be carried out smoothly and that the bottles produced meet quality standards. Through CNC milling machines, machining centers, electric spark processing, wire cutting and other equipment, mold steel is cut, milling, electric spark forming and other processing to produce various parts of the mold to ensure their dimensional accuracy and surface quality. The more cavity numbers, the more bottles produced at the same time. Multi-cavity beverage bottle preform molds are designed and manufactured to ensure that each cavity has a highly consistent size, shape and structure. During the production process, all bottles are molded under the same injection molding process conditions, so it can ensure high consistency in dimensional accuracy, wall thickness uniformity and appearance quality between each bottle.
