Key points for daily maintenance

 

 

1. The mold surface needs to be cleaned right away after production. To get rid of contaminants like plastic melt, oil, dust, etc. that are left on the mold surface, use a fresh soft cloth or a specialized mold cleaner. Important components like the cavity and core need to be thoroughly cleaned to prevent the buildup of contaminants that could degrade the quality of the subsequent molding.

2. Regularly clean the mold's cooling water channel. The cooling effect may be impacted by scale that forms on the inner wall of the water channel due to minerals and contaminants in the water. Scale and debris can be removed, the unhindered flow of cooling water can be guaranteed, and the cooling system's normal heat dissipation performance can be maintained with chemical cleaning or high-pressure water flushing.
