Type Cavity

Mold type cavity is the main part of the mold cavity of the bottle mold, usually a hollow cylindrical structure. Its size and shape directly determine the outer contour of the bottle, including the diameter, height, wall thickness and other key dimensions of the bottle body. The bottom of the mold cavity located at the bottom of the mold type cavity, there is a filling hole in the center, which is connected to the hot runner system. The plastic melt enters the cavity through the filling hole. The design of the mold cavity bottom plays an important role in the uniform distribution and flow balance of the plastic melt.

Manufacturing materials: S136 steel P20 steel and 2316 steel. These materials have good corrosion resistance and mirror polishing properties, which can ensure the smoothness of the bottle surface and prevent the plastic melt from adhering to the surface of the cavity during the injection molding process, affecting the demolding and appearance quality of the bottle surface. At the same time, it also has high hardness and strength, can withstand high pressure and high temperature during injection molding, ensuring the dimensional stability and service life of the mold cavity.
