Mold Valve Needle

In the hot runner system, under the action of the valve needle control device, the valve needle opens or closes the gate at a predetermined moment through mechanical movement, thereby controlling the flow of plastic melt in the hot runner system and achieving precise control of the injection molding process.

Titanium alloy: low density, high strength, good corrosion resistance, and good biocompatibility. Its thermal conductivity is relatively low. When injection molding low-temperature materials, it can prevent shear heat from instantaneously reaching the high point , and prevent product scalding, thermal degradation and other problems.

Shorten the injection molding cycle: The valve gate is not limited by the cooling time of the plastic at the gate. After the plastic melt fills the cavity, the valve needle can quickly close the gate. Without waiting for the plastic at the gate to completely cool down, follow-up operations such as opening and picking up the parts can be performed, thus greatly shortening the production and forming cycle of the plastic parts and improving production efficiency.
