PET Bottle Blowing Mold

Mold Steel uses P20S136 steel, which has good strength, hardness, wear resistance and corrosion, can withstand high pressure and high temperature during the blowing process, ensuring the service life and molding quality of the mold. Aluminum alloy: For example, 7075# aviation aluminum has the characteristics of low density and good thermal conductivity. It can reduce the weight of the mold and improve the opening and closing speed of the mold. At the same time, good thermal conductivity helps the bottle to cool quickly and shorten the molding cycle.
