10 Cavity PET Preform Mold
CHMOULD offers custom 10-cavity PET preform molds designed around your preform specifications and injection molding machine. Each mold is designed to produce ten PET preforms per injection cycle.
For water, beverage, and edible oil packaging projects, we review the neck finish, preform weight, machine capacity, and required output before defining the mold configuration.
A proposed configuration includes a valve-gated hot runner, S136 core and cavity components, and separate cooling circuits. Final specifications are confirmed during the technical review.

The proposed design uses a valve-gated hot runner and split neck rings. Steel selection, cooling connections, and maintenance access are finalized during the mold design review.
