20 Cavity PET Preform Mold
CHARMOULD offers custom 20-cavity PET preform molds configured around your preform design and injection molding machine. Each mold is designed to produce 20 PET preforms per injection cycle.
For water, beverage, and edible oil packaging projects, we review the neck dimensions, target preform weight, and required output before selecting the mold configuration.
The proposed configuration includes a valve-gated hot runner, S136 core and cavity components, and separate cooling circuits. Final specifications are confirmed in the project proposal.

Project Design Review
Preform Requirements
The neck geometry, body dimensions, and target weight are reviewed using your drawing or sample specifications. Closure information should also be provided when available.
Machine Matching
The mold layout is checked against the machine’s tie-bar spacing, platen dimensions, opening stroke, and injection capacity before the design is approved.
Cooling and Maintenance
Cooling connections, neck release, and access to service components are addressed during the mold design review.
