Configuration for Your Production Requirements
The mold design starts with the preform and its intended packaging application. Neck dimensions, target weight, and machine specifications are reviewed together to establish the tooling configuration.
The proposed valve-gated hot runner controls the injection gate opening and closing. Separate cooling circuits allow cooling conditions to be adjusted during process setup, while split neck rings release the threaded neck during demolding.
