Jar Preform Mold

To improve the mold's surface hardness, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance, it must be surface treated with chromium plating and nitriding. Ensure the mold's accuracy and performance. Following assembly, debugging and mold testing are required to optimize and adapt the mold.

1. Lubricate the mold's moving components, including the ejector, slider, guiding column, etc., with the proper amount. On a regular basis. Choose the right type of lubricant, such as lubricating oil, high-temperature grease, etc., and establish the lubrication cycle based on the mold's operating temperature and movement frequency.
